I just realized that I did not tell you what journal I use. I brought it from Big Lots. I love it. It is the right size for me.
Here is the one I have:

I brought my second one from Big Lots, too. It has a different cover than the one I am using right now. I waited until Big Lots had the ones like I have. There is no color on the pages.
I have appointments for next year and I use a 3 ring binder to keep them all in. I like to plan ahead, but I can not keep up with some of our appointments since they are scheduled a year in advance. I have everything completely done up to February. I am working in March. I have the layouts done, but washi tape and adding March to my monthly calendar pages is not done. I am working on April right now. Between each month, I skip so many pages for lists, birthday planner, Easter planner, etc. I have planned out until the monthly calendar for August.
