I can not believe I have not posted all summer. School starts in a week. We have almost everything ready for the first day. Ethan is not going back to his private school since we can not afford the tuition this year. Normally we get some grants to get it down to almost half. This year we were not that lucky. So, we made the decision to pull him and put him into the local elementary school, which his brother did attend.
I have updated the Summer Bucket list (June 13 post). We did not take a vacation together this summer, but Ashleigh and I did get away. We went to a conference on Transition for 3 days. We stayed in a hotel for 4 days. We enjoyed our girl time together. We plan to go next year, too.
Ashleigh is moving to the Senior High. Normally transitions like this Ashleigh hates, but she is excited to be at the Senior High. There is so much more there she can do. Like the Vo Tech Graphic Arts program.
Noah is still at his school. He will miss his sister there. Last year Noah did great on the soccer team. Once again, Noah is trying out for the soccer team this year. Tonight is day #2 of tryouts. Wish Noah luck!!
