Well, life keeps throwing us curveballs!!! I took Ashleigh to be tested Tuesday, April 20. On Wednesday, April 21, we got the call with the results. It was positive!!! I did not think this could happen, but deep down I knew it would be.
So, Ethan, Ashleigh, and I are all quarantine!! Now the DOH in PA says Ashleigh's last day is April 30. But, that is 11 days. Not 10 like they said. Ethan & I have to do 10 days past Ashleigh's 10 days. But, the schools says 10 days. I am so confused.
Ashleigh has no symptoms! Ethan & I are all good. Today is day 5 of quarantine for Ethan & I. Ashleigh has been quarantined since April 15 after being a close contact. Noah has not been around her since April 13. He does not have to quarantine since he is not using the same bathroom as Ashleigh. Ashleigh is staying in her room. I bring her food to the bathroom. Then, I tell her to wait until I am back in my room & she can go get it. I am in a mask then, go spray everything she has touched & I spray the air.
I did not share this. We lost a dear friend a month ago today. He died from covid. He went into the hospital about 10 days earlier. He was on the ventilator the entire time. He left behind a wife, son, and daughter. Shawn & I got married 3 weeks before they did. It has always been the 4 of us.
