July 15: Saw my PCP about other issues and we went over everything with this and that I will be seeing my pain management doctor on August 1.
I had the above typed up last year. It is now 2023. I fell into a hole not wanting to think about all of the pain I was in and the car accident. I was bedridden for the #5th time. And it did not stop there. After this time, I had 2 more times where I was stuck in bed.
In October, the kids & I talked about me slowing down completely. We decided if I do something one day, the next day I rest. On October 21, the pain started down my left leg. I sent a message to my pain management doctor and started steroids once again. This time I was bad for over a month. The kids and I did not decorate for Christmas and I did not wrap gifts. We just gave it to them once it arrived.
On December 12, I had another spinal injection. On January 24, I had a SI joint injection. Now I am home. Staring at the same walls. Home to make sure I do not do too much.
All because a guy ran a red light!
