Blessed to....

I have been thinking a lot lately how lucky I am. With Easter here, I want to think about what we take for granted.  We need to be nicer to one other.  Think before we speak.  If you see someone who needs help, help that person.  We are teaching Noah & Ashleigh this.  Noah will hold a door open for someone he does not know.  Ashleigh will pick something up that someone drops for them.  Why?  Because it is the kind thing to do.  We are also teaching Noah to be kind to his sister & Ashleigh to be kind to her brother.  Ashleigh has been having a rough time.  Well, so has Noah.  Together they are getting along better.  Helping each other.  It has been working.  I have been giving them a job to do together.  They have to do it together.  They are working on building their sibling relationship & accomplishing a task together.  Noah is learning about Ashleigh's one diagnosis because of how it affects all of us.

I am blessed to...
~have my husband, who has stand beside me for 16 years of marriage & 18 years together. (almost 17 years of marriage & 19 years together)

~have my beautiful 3 kids, who I am very lucky to have, & I would do anything for.

~have our huskies & enjoy every moment with them.
~have our family even though they are far away we call, email, Skype to keep in touch.
Family is important.  You may stop talking to them, but you can always come back to them no matter what.  We are here for you.  Time away could be good.  No family is perfect.
I can not wait until this summer to visit my brother!

~have friends, who are there for us & the kids.
~have a beautiful home to raise our family in.

~Most importantly our health.

What are you blessed to have?
Happy Easter!
