New Living Room Furniture

It is finally time to show off our new living room.

We painted the living with Valspar paint.  It is their Cathedral Stone.  We were going to go with Rugged Suede, but after we picked out our new furniture we decided to go with a lighter shade.  We brought a paint sample paper and held it with the fabric sample.  The lighter shade looked better.  We love the color of both the wall and the furniture.

Here is the tv area:
The white cabinet was at our front door, but with Ashleigh getting worse, we decided to repurpose it.  We are going to paint it and add 2 shelves making it into a bookcase.

I thought I took a photo of Shawn's recliner.  It has a built in bookcase and I am redoing it.  I am not touching the wood, but I am painting the wall.  I will have photos up once I finish it.

I am planning to do my own art work behind the couch, left of the front window, right of the front window, and behind the recliner.  I have an idea for behind the tv area.  Once I have the room done, updated photos will be posted.
