Summer Camp Issues

This week did not start out good.  Monday morning I got a voice message from Ashleigh's camp that I did not finish all of the paperwork.  The new person in charge sent me all of the paperwork in 2 different envelopes in the mail.  With the end of school and vacation, I forgot.  But, to call me the day before Ashleigh is to be at camp is not acceptable.  Then, I am told I did not talk to her about Ashleigh's transportation issues that she does not have transportation so she can not go to camp this week.  That pissed me off.  Here I have a child that is looking forward to camp.  To seeing her friends.  And I have to tell her she can not go because I do not have a way to bring her home.  I asked the new coordinator to speak with her boss.  The only reason I wanted to talk to her was to explain the first set of paperwork I sent in had my transportation problem (aka no van in the afternoon to pick her up), that the new coordinator had everything she needed to provide transportation, and it is not my job to be on her butt about anything.  It is her job to call me.  I got the afternoon transportation!!  I did not have to disappoint Ashleigh and that was my goal.

Ashleigh does not like the new person as she calls her.  I told Ashleigh that we need to give her a chance.  Ashleigh does not like all of the changes she is making.  We are on our third coordinator.  The second one did not change a thing, but she worked there.  This coordinator is  completely new.

I did get a call from the new coordinator to go over Ashleigh's transportation issues.  I am to take her and they will bring her home.  This, in my opinion, should had been done last week.
