Planning our Thanksgiving dinner

I have been working on planning our Thanksgiving dinner menu.  Shawn is working on Thanksgiving Day so our dinner will be on Saturday.  Normally we go to the Christmas parade that day, but it was canceled due to Covid19.

On Thanksgiving, I will make 2 whole chickens, stuffing (both gluten & gluten-free), a vegetable mashed potatoes, & gravy. On Saturday, Shawn will make the turkey.  The dinner menu includes:
-Turkey
-Stuffing (gluten & gluten-free)
-Honey carrots
-Gluten-free rolls
-Cucumber salad
-Ambrosia salad

In my grocery list notebook, I have my Thanksgiving Dinner Plan & Thanksgiving Grocery List after the grocery list (October 30 pay) and that 2 week's meal plan.  This is my second grocery list notebook & I started it in August 2018.  I also have Christmas Dinner Plan & Grocery List along with Christmas Gift Ideas for each of the kids after November 27 pay.

I am looking for some new recipes so I can add them to our Thanksgiving dinner menu.  I am thinking of a gluten-free cinnamon streusel coffeecake.  This recipe is made with King Arthur gluten-free flour.  The recipe is on the box.
