We moved everything into the new area that is the Art Studio from the old craft area. The old area was tight and hard to move around. Now we have space. We packed everything up and moved it into the back room. Once we moved the bar (aka tv stand once we get a new tv), the table and book cases came over. All the unpacking started and has been done since the beginning of April. The back room needs to be cleaned up next and anything we don't use it has to go. There is more to go to Goodwill in that room and on top of the old bar.
In the old craft area, we have this pile of items I need to get rid of. Ethan's old clothes goes to a cousin of my. The rest of that pile are in boxes and goes to Goodwill, but I need Shawn and the boys to put them into the van so they can take it to Goodwill. This will happen soon. We have Storm's HUGE crate across from this pile. Also in the old craft area is the laundry area. I have it set up as a separate area with chairs. 2 chairs at the top of the area and 1 chair off to the left. I have the laundry set up in this area where the kids grab either their hanging clothes or their baskets (the circles with A, N, E labeled in the photo). I have been thinking of adding a small table. Not too big where that chair is by itself, but I am not sure until I get rid of the pile to go!
Ashleigh had a sleep over and an art party the night before her 18th birthday party. It went very well in the new area. Ash was so excited to use this new space and so was I!
