Well, here we are with Part 5. The cohort schedule happened on January 4. Noah goes Tuesday & Thursday. Friday for Noah is every other week. Ashleigh goes 5 days a week since she has an IEP. Ethan is 5 days in person. We follow a chart with cases that are based on the numbers inside each school & the community transmission. Ethan's school closed down from January 14-15 because of the cases inside the building. It was closed for cleaning. With the weekend, they are able to return tomorrow.
The school district now wants every Friday to be a voluntary closure so the schools can be cleaned & the cases are reset to zero. We have no school today & next Monday so they are going to see if this all works like they hope. I like this plan because then we will not have any closures.
