I am thankful for our huskies, Zeus & Bolt. I never knew what they meant by the signing "You can never have just one Husky!", but now I do!! I love our huskies & can not imagine our live without them. I will do whatever I can for both Zeus & Bolt! They are a member of our family for now & always!
Day 6 (Nov 6th):

Day 12 (Nov 12th):
I am thankful that Ashleigh's disease is not as bad as it could be. I know that we have bad days, but look forward to having more good days than bad. With all Ashleigh has gone through, I am proud to say she is very strong & she can get through anything.
Day 13 (Nov 13th):
I am thankful for my time with each of the kids on their own. We think it is important for all of the kids to have time with both Shawn & I separated. We try to make it a weekly effort for each of the kids. Even if it is only 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Ashleigh & I had a show we used to watch like this every week, too, but it is not on the air anymore. We need to find one for us now.

I am thankful for a new year & planning some goals for my family. The top goal is for Ashleigh. For her to meet kids with her disease. To be able to do this, we need to travel to different areas in 2013. Our 1 goal is a walk in Philly for the Foundation. Goal #2 is to learn more of her disease.
Day 28 (Nov 28th):
I am thankful for our Reading Nights with Ashleigh, Noah, & Ethan. We started this on Wednesday Nights over 3 years ago I think when the kids were in an elementary school that a reading program called R.O.C.K. (Reading Often Creates Knowledge), which we still do here as much as we can. I have noticed that Noah has picked up my love of reading. With Noah reading a lot, he has passed it onto Ashleigh. I am hoping that Ethan will become a reader, too, like his brother & sister.
Day 29 (Nov 29th):
I am thankful for Ashleigh to be in Horseback Riding again. I love where she goes. The girls are so sweet that work there. I am thinking it is time for Ashleigh to have her first pair of riding boots!

What are you thankful for?
Have a wonderful happy Thanksgiving with your love ones!
