At our old home, our Command Center was simple. It is because we only had one floor. Here we have 4 stories. I have my command center with my desk in our bedroom.
We first got the desk for me. I realized that I needed to do something about our appointments. Having the dry erase calendar downstairs was not working for me. I needed them upstairs, too. I do all of my calling for appointments from my desk. I use my laptop at my desk, too. So, when I add appointments to Cozi.
I brought dry erase calendars and corkboards. I have 2 dry erase calendars so I can see this month and the following month. I actually brought the second one for our dining room, but decided this was better for us. I have 4 corkboards, which is the top row. The first one is Ashleigh's. The second one is Noah's. The third one is Ethan's. The last one is my. I have whatever paper from school on the kids' corkboard. I had to have a way to organize all of the papers coming from school. I have the paprts that I look at regularly like lunch menus, Ashleigh's schedule for gym, etc. Noah's school has so much that I need to know so I had to have those papers displayed.
On the bottom row, I have 2 dry erase boards on the right side. I also have a small dry erase board on the top row and the bottom row.

Since I did this, I organize this mesh organizer. Plus I put folders into blue magnetic folder. I love that this is all organized now. (The penguin Ashleigh made in camp).
