I thought I posted this photo. I can not find the photo that I wrote Happy Birthday Bolt on it.
This was taken on Christmas Day, which is Bolt's birthday. He turned 2. It is hard to believe Noah's puppy is now 2 years old. Bolt is still hyper, but he is a good dog. He loves Noah so much. You should see them interact together. I think it is important for Noah to have his own dog. He has had a rough year (from February 2013-October 2013). This year will be better for Noah. Noah turns 10 in April and we are having a class party for him. It will be in May since his birthday is days after Easter. Noah is also making his First Communion in May. With me having a lot of problems after having Ethan, I got behind in Ashleigh and Ethan's CCD so we are catching up now. Ashleigh is in a 5th grade class and will make her Confirmation in 3 years. Noah gets his religion classes in school, but with him being behind, he is getting second grade during the CCD time since he was getting pulled out for it during school plus I am already there with Ashleigh.
You can see Zeus on the bottom right. He was jealous that Noah was playing attention to Bolt and not him.
We are working on getting Bolt brushed now. He is blowing out his fur badly. Once we have all of his brushing down, Bolt will get a bath. I think this is his first bad blowing.
Here is a little information on Shedding
"The Siberian Husky is a very high shedder. He sheds a lot of hair all year round. At least once a year (sometimes twice a year) he blows his coat and sheds a surprisingly large amount of hair! You’ll find his hair in and on everything in your home. Expect to be vacuuming your carpet and couches more often. Regular (daily) brushing of his coat will reduce the amount of hair in your home, but won’t stop it all together. Remember: what you pull out with a brush doesn’t fall out on your carpet and sofas. But you should still expect to find hairs stuck to your clothing and couches even if you do brush him daily. If you value a neat and tidy hair-free home then don’t get a Siberian."
When does your dogs go to the vet for their annual shots? Zeus goes in February and Bolt is due in April. I know they don't need their rabies since they received the 3 year shot.
Night all!
