Is there a desk under all of those papers?

I started this a few days ago, but with the kids here for a long weekend and even longer one since it is a snow day today!  I finally can find some quiet time to write this up.

So my desk was a mess once again.  I clean it up then it gets filled with papers again.  Each month I get a packet of papers from Ethan's school.  Boy, do I hate this packet!

I realized when I was cleaning up my desk on Friday that I did not deal with the entire packet.  I have paperwork due by March 1 for the next school year.  I decided that less is more.  Meaning that I need things to hold vertically than horizontally.  I am hoping this helps me.  Now my desk is organized, I think.

I cleaned my desk Friday while Ethan was at school, but the older 2 had a day off.  I can not believe it, but it is still better than what it was before I cleaned it.  Then, the kids have not had school so the paperwork is not coming in.
