The boys have been asking for us to have salmon for dinner. I priced salmon at our local Sam's Club and it was over $8 an lb. So when our local grocery store had a sale ($6.99 per lb) on it about two weeks ago, Shawn & I decided to give it a try. We used this recipe: HERE. We forgot the broccoli, but next time we plan to make it with the broccoli and some other vegetables. This recipe was a big hit!! The boys love fish, but their Uncle catches it fresh then grills it so all fish gets compared to his fish! Both boys said they want us to make this again.
I just noticed that Salmon is on sale starting today again at our local grocery store for $6.99 per lb & I am thinking of getting some again for this weekend. We still have a lemon & garlic left. Plus I have all of the spices.
