I have been thinking about how this pandemic has affected our children. Emotionally, physically, & mentally. Everything has changed. More this year than last year. Well, for us.
Last year, we had to learn to being together all the time. Learning in a new environment. Everything for school for my older 2 was completely online. No more books for the new school year (2020-21) for the older 2. Our grocery bill increased a lot. This increase I think has gotten worse. I have noticed food prices have gone up.
This year we have one curveball after another. First, the car accident. Then, Ashleigh was quarantined for being a close contact. Next, our dear friend died from covid19. Another quarantine for being a close contact for Ashleigh happens. She then, tested positive, which has her, me, & Ethan in quarantine.
Noah & Ethan are not the same as they were before the pandemic happened. He seems withdrawn at times.
