Noah's birthday party is Sunday, April 29. We invited 23 kids. Only 4 have RSVP! Hello, How hard is it to RSVP? All you have to do is pick up the phone & dial my phone number. Damn, that is so hard. I am really bad at this RSVP thing, but hey, I do it. Now that I have done this birthday party thing myself I will be better at the whole RSVP thing. I will do it. It helps the mom at A LOT!! I need to know how many kids will be here on Sunday. It is a big help to me. So please Call & let me know if your child is coming or not. It is not that damn hard to tell me YES he/she is coming or No he/she is not coming!!!
We have been getting this house ready this week. Cleaning, cleaning, & more cleaning!!! I have also been reorganizing, too. I also hope this place can stay clean since my parents, brother, & brother in law are coming in May. I am looking forward to their first visit in our new home!
Today I did errands! I picked up a gift for Noah! We put it in the one corner in the living room. We wanted to see if he saw it when he got home from school!! It is a penguin. A 24 inch penguin. The tallest one he has now. I brought it off of a lady for $8. Wait! He just turned 8 & I brought it for $8. Mmmm, maybe I should play 888. Just saying! I went to Diary Queen today so I ordered Noah's ice cream cake!! The house is not in bad shape. Well, the first & second floors are in good shape. My basement is another story!!
Tomorrow both Ashleigh & Noah have appointments in the same building at 1:30p & 2p. Noah is mad that I am picking Ashleigh up, too, since I did not pick him up last week when I picked her up. Grrr!
On Thursday, I am meeting another lady to buy the 39 Clues books (the first 10). Noah & I are reading them. We have the first 2. We will give Mary (my friend's daughter the first 2 that we buy Thursday to Mary) since ours is hardback. The ones we are buying are softbacks. I have to find our second one so that one can wait for a while! I need to go to this Cake store to order this cake sign Thursday so I can pick it up on Friday.
On Friday, I am meeting another lady to look at her fabric to see if it will work for the boys' window going up to their rooms. Right now that curtain is pink! I hope I find something. I am going to take a photo of the carpet in the stairway up to their rooms! I also am going to Sam's Club to get Welch's Juices, Pull Ups, & Ice Tea. Then, to meet this lady I mentioned above. Once I am done with that, I will go to a grocery store to get everything I need.
On Saturday, another busy day! Soccer photos at 8a then Noah's soccer game at 8:30a. I need to get Ashleigh to her camp after Noah's game. She is to be there at 9:30a, but I called them to tell them that she will be late. Then, I am picking up my friend, Sandy, & her 2 kids so they can help me get ready for Noah's birthday party. Before we head back to the house, I need to pick up the ice cream cake. I pick it up Saturday morning between 10:30-11a. Then, at 2:30p Sat, I have to pick up Ash from camp. I may have to run over to the Dollar Tree to pick up bowls & name tags if I can not do it on Friday.
On Sunday, I will pick up Sandy & her 2 kids. We will get ready for the party. Do the party. After the party, we are having the friends party!! I invited a few friends over to celebrate! Then, I can crash!! I am going to be hurting badly. I am not sure how I am going to get through this, but it will be worth it all. I need to find the time to go get Noah's bike. That is his gift for his birthday since he outgrown his old one last summer. He is getting to be so tall!
Busy Busy week! Next week is not like this one! Next Saturday I am taking the kids to the Aviary after the soccer game. I may have to bring Noah home to change if it is raining & he is soak like last week!
