5 Random Things about Me!

 In the one blog I follow, her one blog was about 5 random things about you.  It was posted at the end of November, but with everything happening with Ashleigh, I have not had the time to do this.  So, I finally have the time.

Here are my 5 Random Things:

1. I have never been on a plane, but I have been in a helicopter (Noah was life flighted when he was 10 months old).

2. I have nicknames for my kids.  Ethan is my monkey.  Ash is my peanut.  Noah is my peanut boy.

3. I am the wife of a volunteer EMT Firefighter!  This can scare me, but my husband loves to do this.

4. I love to play with Zeus when he is on my bed!

5. I have been inspired to advocate for my daughter's disease, Spastic Paraparesis, which is known by several different names like HSP, Familial Spastic Paraparesis (FSP), etc.  HSP is "a group of rare, inherited neurological disorders.  Their primary symptoms are progressive spasticity and weakness of the leg and hip muscles.  The HSP incidence rate in the US is 20,000 people."
