Happy 7th Birthday Ethan!!
Can't believe it's been another year. Shawn is working tonight so we will celebrate on Saturday with Ethan. For tonight, it's Ethan's favorite meal of Jeffrey aka pork. Of course, gluten free cupcakes. I brought the confetti vanilla cake mix by Pillsbury and the chocolate cake mix from Aldis. Icing was our favorite brand (box top on it) in vanilla, too. Ethan's teacher is allergic to chocolate so I made sure I made the vanilla cupcakes first, baked those, then dealt with the chocolate next and baked those. I iced the vanilla cupcakes first, put those in a separate containers from the chocolate. I put his teacher's cupcake in one of Ethan's cupcake holders just to be on the same side. Then, I iced the chocolate ones and put those all away. I took Ethan to school with the cupcakes and napkins.
