I am looking forward to Easter this year. Shawn is actually off from Good Friday to Easter Monday. I have a few things planned. We are making 2 types of cupcakes. Here (Bunny) and Here (Sheep). I am going to have the kids help me make the cupcakes.
The kids wants the ambrosia salad that we have at every holiday dinner, but this time I am making it different. Still with marshmallows and cool whip, but I am not going to add the fruit cocktail to the mandarin oranges. Each holiday I make a special batch like this for Noah since he does not like the fruit cocktail.
Ethan wants chicken nuggets, & Thanksgiving dinner with stuffing. Not sure if I can do this for him, but I do have Gluten Free stuffing that I can make for him.
