Hives, Eczema, and Sickness

Last week Ashleigh started getting this rash on her neck.  To me, it looks like sunburn, but there is no way it could be since it was February and not really warm out.  She told me her neck hurt, but not that there was something there.  I know I should had checked it, but I was in homework hell with Ethan and it took over 2 hours to finish it.  By the time we were done, I forgot.

I checked her neck and did not like it.  I could not take her anywhere since Shawn was at work.  I knew she needed to be seen, but not right away.  Our pediatrician's office they have walk in office hours in the AM.  It is normally 7:45-8:30a or 8-8:45a depending on the day of the week.  I took Ashleigh and Ethan to this the next day.  Ethan had this rash and I knew it was hives, but it was everywhere.  I could not understand why.  We did not change anything for Ethan, but we did add a multivitamin.  We think that is the reason why he broke out in hives, but we are not 100% sure.  Ethan's hives are all gone!! But, I have not given Ethan any of this multivitamin.

Back to Ashleigh, it turns out that rash is Eczema.  Ashleigh received a cream prescription and it has been working.  Once Ashleigh comes home from school, I need to check it to make sure it is healing like it should.

There was a day last week where I had all 3 kids home with me.  Ethan was covered in hives.  Ashleigh's eczema rash was hurting a lot.  I could not get the cream the day of her appointment since it got lost somewhere in getting there so the doctor had to re send it, which was after the time Shawn left for work.  Noah had a cold.  They all went back to school the next day except for Ethan, who was still covered in hives.  

Then came Friday night!!  I was so very sick.  I think something I ate made me sick, but not sure if it was the dressing or the cheese my salad had on it.  I have never been that sick before.  It took me to today to feel better.  I was not able to eat much over the weekend.
