I have been having issues with my laptop since I downloaded Windows 10. I can not use my start menu. I have to open programs/app by going into the C drive and going into programs/apps. I can not see what Wifi I am on.
If I click my Start, I will get this box that tells me to restart my laptop. I think it is time for Windows to fix this issue. Is anyone else having this problem? I know others are according to my internet searches. My laptop worked perfectly before I downloaded the upgrade.
Add in that my password protected laptop was not my first choice. I had to follow Microsoft's guidelines for a password. Wait, this is my laptop. I should be able to choose my own password. For my kids' passwords on their own screen on our new desktop, I could not use their birth year. Why? Because Microsoft wanted to charge me .50 for each kid to have them access the internet. Wait, this is our family's desktop. We, the parents, give them permission to use the desktop WITH internet. Why should I have to pay for this? I used my birth year. Problem solved.
The old desktop did not have Windows 10. The older 2 kids had their own screen names. I was able to monitor where they go. I wanted this on our new desktop, but Microsoft made it hard for me to set it up.
The one program I use for my photos to put my Watermark on is not working. Mmm, I wonder if it has anything to do with my Start menu not working.
Yea, I am calling out Microsoft to fix this. This is not because of my laptop. This is your software glitch. Fix it. It has been months of me dealing with this. I have searched and did so many "fixes" but nothing works.
So, Microsoft, are you ever going to fix this issue with the Start Menu?
Not happy with Windows 10.
