How I explain things to Ashleigh like driving, having a boyfriend, other responsibilities?
With Driving, Ashleigh knows that she first has to take a test to see if she will be able to drive. We are waiting until Ashleigh is a little more mature for her age.
With her having a boyfriend, my reply is always the same. "He's a boy, who is a friend." I think she needs to mature more.
With responsibilities, we talk a lot about this. Daily. We make sure Ashleigh understands what she has to do every day. Like hair combed, deodorant on, showers, keeping her room clean, etc.
